Experience
A slow, silent immersion in the oldest part of the woodland.
Shinrin-yoku, practised properly: no destination, no pace, no conversation. A guide leads you a very short distance into the old woodland over a very long period of time.
The invitations are simple — notice what moves, notice what does not, notice what you can hear when you stop trying to. Most people find the first twenty minutes uncomfortable and the last twenty difficult to leave.
It closes with a tea ceremony using botanicals gathered on the walk.
