Peace Glory Eco Farm Family Resort is more than a place to stay. It is a dream being built slowly, with the land, the people and the future in mind.
Set roughly 20 kilometres from Pokhara, in the quiet of the Machhapuchhre foothills, Peace Glory brings together eco-tourism, organic farming, wellness, yoga and meditation, local food and simple living.
The founder began this journey at 23, with a straightforward belief: a resort should not take from nature — it should learn to live alongside it.
Every garden, farm, cottage, pathway and future structure belongs to one larger vision — a place where visitors can rest, reconnect with nature, take part in the farming, eat food grown from the land, and find a little peace within themselves.
Why We Started

Peace Glory began with the idea that hospitality and agriculture could exist as one thing rather than two. Instead of keeping the farm at arm’s length from the resort, we want the farm to be the experience.
Guests can see where their food comes from, join in the farming, walk through the land, practise yoga and meditation, discover local products, and settle into the slower rhythm of rural life.
Building in the countryside is beautiful. It is not easy.
Being 20 kilometres from Pokhara means every stage of construction asks more of us. Transport, road conditions, the availability of materials, land preparation, finding skilled workers, the weather, the distance from the city — each has been its own obstacle, and progress has often been slower than we hoped.
Those difficulties have shaped Peace Glory as much as any plan did. We learned to build step by step rather than all at once. We learned to respect the land before building on it. Most of all, we learned that a meaningful dream does not have to grow quickly — it has to grow properly.
We do not want to build simply because we can. Every new structure has to earn its place: a reason, a plan, and a responsibility toward the land.
Before we expand, we ask what the landscape can carry, what resources we actually have, and how the ground can be restored once the building is done.
Our goal is not the fastest resort. It is a resort we can still be proud of many years from now.
Peace Glory is still at the beginning. The focus over the next three years is on strengthening the foundation rather than expanding quickly.

The third year of the plan is still being written. It will be published here once it is decided, rather than filled in with intentions we have not committed to.
We are not measuring success by how many rooms we build. We are measuring it by how much value we create for the land, our guests, our community, and the generations that come after us.
Peace Glory is being shaped as a small sanctuary for yoga, meditation, mindfulness and reflection.
Away from the noise of the city, guests can wake with the landscape, practise in an open natural setting, meditate surrounded by green, walk out through the farm, and reconnect with themselves.
Wellness here is not something added to the stay. It is part of the way of living.
We believe food tastes different when you know where it came from.
Our kitchen follows the rhythm of the farm: what is harvested in the morning can shape what appears on the table that day. Vegetables, herbs and seasonal produce are grown with care, and the menu changes with nature rather than forcing nature to follow a fixed menu.
You may not always know what will be on your plate tomorrow — but you will know it came from somewhere meaningful.
Our eco gift shop gathers farm products, locally made goods, natural products, handmade items and considered souvenirs.
The idea is simple: your connection with Peace Glory does not have to end when you leave.
Every purchase supports the local producers, farmers and artisans in the small ecosystem around the resort.
Peace Glory is not meant to stand apart from the community around it. Wherever we can, we want to work with local farmers, workers, suppliers, craftspeople and young people.
The difficulty of finding skilled workers in a rural area has been part of our own construction story. Rather than treat that only as a problem, we want to create the opportunity for people to learn, work and grow with us.
If Peace Glory grows, the valley should grow with it.
We are working toward a system where soil, water, energy, farming, construction and hospitality are connected rather than managed separately.
The long-term goal is to reduce waste, protect water resources, improve soil health, use renewable energy, and build with materials and methods that respect the environment around us.
I am only 23, and I know Peace Glory is still a small beginning next to the dream I carry.
There is a great deal we have not built yet, and many challenges still ahead — roads, construction, resources, skilled workers, investment and time. But I believe every meaningful place begins with a small idea and the courage to start.
Peace Glory is my dream of creating somewhere people can experience the peace of nature, the dignity of farming, the simplicity of village life, and the healing that comes from yoga and meditation.
We may build slowly. We may face difficulties. But we will build with purpose — because Peace Glory is not only a resort. It is a dream we are growing with the land.
